ABOUT SUN MEE MARTIN-KLEIN


Sun Mee is a Korean-German adoptee, certified trauma-sensitive Coach, and Founder of NUMARU— An international community and emotional wellness platform for transracial/BIPOC adoptees. She was adopted at 3.5 yrs and raised in South Germany. NUMARU results from her journey of transforming her adoptee’s pain into purpose with a mission to create safe spaces and to offer a trauma-sensitive and open-hearted pathway to healing.

DISCLAIMERS
The information and processes taught in this program and coaching are real and based on research, educational training, live work with people, and personal life experience—with the best intentions and 100% commitment to support the client's success. However, Coach cannot guarantee any outcome from participating in the programs provided. The Client acknowledges that Coach is not a medical doctor, psychologist, therapist, and her services do not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.  Client agrees that Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by Coach. Client agrees to take full risk and responsibility for their personal health, actions, and decisions during and after the program.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Coach agrees to keep all conversations and information with the Client private and confidential. With respect to other client’s privacy, please detach any personal names or people from the stories you are sharing with someone.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Client's purchase of coaching packages or sessions indicates the Client's commitment to participate in the process and follow through to its conclusion. Coach will ensure 100% commitment to  Client's success. It is to the Clients benefit to decide BEFORE purchasing any package if Coach is the right one for Client.  

Once Coach has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. Coach asks Client to be committed and faithful. If any unexpected events occurred and Client needs to reschedule a session, Client may do so by providing a 24 hours notice in advance of the session and making up the session within 10 days of the originally scheduled date.  

Any missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. It is important that Client prioritizes this work to receive the full benefit of the services provided by Coach. 

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
Upon executing this Agreement, Client agrees to pay to Coach the full purchase amount.If Client selects a payment plan option, Client agrees to pay fees to the Coach according to the payment schedule set forth on Coach’s website, or otherwise provided to Client, and the payment plan selected by Client. Client shall pay for program in full.

Coach offers a refund policy after starting the product/services if the services are not meeting their expectations, and if Client can prove they have watched the assigned video, finished the worksheet assignments, and participated in at least 4 live sessions. Client shall receive 33% back of the paid amount minus 10% processing fees.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
In respect of the documents specifically created for the Client as part of the Services, the Coach maintains all of the copyright, other intellectual property rights, and any other data or material used. Client shall not share, copy, distribute, disseminate, or sell any materials provided and/or any login information for either commercial or non-commercial purposes provided on the membership site.

GOOD FAITH
Each party represents and warrants to the other that such party has acted in good faith and agrees to continue to so act in the execution, delivery, or termination of this Agreement.

The European commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS) which is accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers may use this platform for the settlement of their disputes. We are in principle prepared to participate in an extrajudicial arbitration proceeding.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT 
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties, whether written or oral.
