Adoptee events can shake a lot loose. You'll come home buzzing. Maybe you're up at 3am. Maybe you're flat and can't really say why. Maybe one moment from the weekend keeps replaying in your head.

That's integration knocking. Come land it with us.

INTEGRATE & GROUND is a virtual session just for BIPOC adults (18+) who identify as:
• Adoptees
• Descendants of adoptees
• Current or former foster youth
• Individuals raised by a legal guardian

No performance. No pushed insights.

We get together, we settle our nervous systems, we let what came up actually integrate and make meaning.

LIMITED SPOTS - RSVP by Friday July 31

What we'll do together:

✦ A guided somatic practice (Discharge & Ground) to settle your nervous system

✦ Reflection time to name + feel what surfaced

✦ A processing tool you'll keep using long after we close

✦ Witnessed sharing in small breakouts

✦ A closing ritual to ground back in your week

What adoptees said after last one:

"I really needed this. I came home wired and within 15 minutes I could feel my body settle."  Jen

"I didn't have to make sense of it alone. That was the medicine." Sari

"I've used the tool you taught us ever since." Ali
